ImSTOCK - Inventory Management

ImSTOCK - Inventory/Stock Management

A complete integration with accounting systems such as MYOB assists in reducing the amount of hours involved in entering invoices. Stock items can be setup with minimum re-order levels and par-levels which when set can automatically trigger Order Lists per supplier and ensure that your stock is always maintained at the desired levels.

Multiple different stock items can be assigned to a product item with the flexibility of allowing up to five different sizes. This makes it easy to assign a pot, schooner, 6 oz or glass for differing tap beers for example or an entrée/main size in relation to food. You can choose if you want to monitor all inventory items or just a select few making the process simple.

ImSTOCK has the capability to define Bulk or Prep recipes which allows Chefs to cost recipes correctly based on multiple stock items that are used to create the one stock product that is made up ‘in-house’, for example a bruschetta mix or a Pizza Base – all of these bulk or prep recipes can then be used in other recipes quickly and easily.

Inventory reports available:

  • Stock take - used for doing manual stock takes
  • Stock item - shows what is being held at any given time and the minimum and par levels of each stock item
  • Stock Variance - what stock is missing and give the $ value based on last price purchase and average price
  • Cost Variance - itemises what stock items have changed in price since the last purchase and compares the minimum, average and maximum costs paid during a specific period
  • Sales Margin Based reporting – a smartly design report that shows the Cost & Gross Profit Margin on each product sold and the contribution that the product has made to overall revenue.

ImPOS - ImSCAN stock taking device

ImSCAN works directly with your ImSTOCK software as an add-on product (which means for smaller venues you can still use ImSTOCK to conduct stock takes on your venue without the added cost for the stock taking device ImSCAN). ImSCAN allows fast and easy management when stock-taking and synchronises the results whilst allowing flexibility to adjust the stock-take before completion.
