When opening my restaurant in Sydney, I decided to explore IMPOS as a possibility to use, I must say from the word go I was impressed, the professionalism and curtsey was outstanding.
I liked the system from the word go, its back of house is easy and really user friendly, it has all the characteristics of a great business asset, its reliable, fast, and does all that I need it to do plus more. I purchased the palm held (ImPDA) at the same time, as it worked brilliantly together with the main terminal, most PDA units I have used tend to be slow and freeze often, it has been a year so far and nothing of the sort has happened. Lastly the ongoing service is what tops the cake no issue is too small or too big for them to take the time to help with, I think this new company has hit the nail on the head with service and product."

1 ) Chefs do not have to confer with dining room staff, which means on big busy days the Chefs save up to an hour in time.
2 ) This in turn means customers are served quicker, tables turned over more and we are more profitable.
3 ) We actually finish on average 1/2 hour earlier than before thus saving on a great deal on wages.
4 ) Reconcile of the till is so quick and efficient with all the information of the day in front of you on everything that has happened
