ImCARD - Membership Loyalty

ImPOS' membership and loyalty is flexible so it can be custom-made to suit your specific requirements for your particular venue.

Discount Card

The most straight forward loyalty scheme is a discount. Customers swipe their card to attain a discount with the idea being to recognise them as a valued member. You can define rules for discounts based on what the customer spend is. For example, when a customer joins they may be entitled to a 5% discount, spending $1000 then may attain a 10% discount etc.

Upgrade Card

For venues wanting to run multiple different membership cards to distinguish different levels of membership, the Upgrade Card is ideal. A card is upgraded based on spend limits that you set. Similar to the Discount Card except the user can be transferred to another card type which may have a different set of rules or even allow them to spend points as soon as they spend a certain amount.

Recharge Card

ImCARD allows customers to charge or purse money to a card. This allows for faster transactions over the bar and also helps to ensure the loyalty of the customer to the venue. The administrator can define a set of rules for recharge so that it gives benefits in the form of a rebate or extra money when they charge with a certain amount of money. So you may setup a recharge rule to be $500 recharge receive a $50 rebate thus the customer receives $550 worth of value. Money on the card may be used in conjunction with other forms of payment, for example $2 on card can be used with $4 cash to purchase a $6 drink. Of course this is achievable FAST!

Points Card

Using a points based loyalty rule customers attain points each time they spend. You can define how many points per dollar spent although this is usually set at $1 = 1 point. A separate rule then exists to convert the points into dollars for example 100 points may be equivalent to $5 worth of value.
