I have owned Vamps French Restaurant for 25 years located at 5 ways in Paddington. I was reluctant to take on new technology initially. Since ImPOS went in the following has occured:
1 ) Chefs do not have to confer with dining room staff, which means on big busy days the Chefs save up to an hour in time.
2 ) This in turn means customers are served quicker, tables turned over more and we are more profitable.
3 ) We actually finish on average 1/2 hour earlier than before thus saving on a great deal on wages.
4 ) Reconcile of the till is so quick and efficient with all the information of the day in front of you on everything that has happened
